THE BEST!! I tried this pizza base when I was in perth and omg took me back to Italy. I now order these all the way to Sydney and it’s my favourite part of the week. These pizzas bases are sooo delicious and light, I eat them weekly!!! They are so easy and quick to prepare and taste like authentic bases. I eat a whole one to myself but also love to serve them when hosting sliced with olive oil, salt and rosemary!

How is this different from frozen pizza or regular dough?

Each Roman Pinsa is already pre-cooked in our stone oven (to give the perfect pizzeria flavour), then sealed in its final packaging immediately after.

Nope. Just a regular household electric oven and a tray to re-heat the pizzas with toppings. Nothing fancy required. You can place up to 2 pizzas per tray in a classic home oven (40 x 30cm)

Let’s say from the moment the oven reaches the correct temperature (230C), it takes about 10 minutes total from start to finish. A quick pre-bake (5min) during which you’ll prepare the toppings, then a final bake with toppings (5minutes). Then out of the oven and straight to your plate. That’s it.

If they like round pizza, they’ll love our Roman Pinsa, because the texture is nicer and slightly crunchy. Tested on our founder’s 3 years old niece!
