Can I use both guarantees?

The First & Last Guarantee is one-time only. Once you use it, future refunds aren’t available. The 28-Day Freshness Guarantee stays valid with every order, as long as you store the bases properly.

Once approved, we process them right away. Most refunds show up within 3–5 business days in your bank account.

No returns, no hassle. Just send us what we ask for and we’ll sort it out.
